However, returns are accepted only if the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect at the time of delivery. Customers must raise a request within 48 hours of receiving the order, along with clear images as proof.
Once approved, we will offer a replacement or refund based on availability. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
